A total of 24 studies were deemed eligible. Glycosylation profiles and Fc regions were combined in different ways to express the ICIs. Protein accumulation levels, target cell binding, interactions with human neonatal Fc receptors (hFcRn), human complement component C1q (hC1q), and various Fc receptors served as defining characteristics of these substances; their recovery during purification at 100mg and kg scales were also considered. Experiments demonstrated that every immunotherapy candidate (ICI) interacted with the designated target cells as predicted.
